Tasty Words

We all love food but how do you tell others what the food tastes like? It is no use just saying it was choice, yummy or tasty. What other words can you use to describe the tastes of food? In this lesson you will learn some new words both general and specific to tell your Kiwi friends accurately about the burst of flavours you experience in your mouth. The first series from 2022 is a community-led collaboration in partnership with Belong Aotearoa, Sport Waitākere and Storyo, hosted by Elina Ashimbayeva. The second series from 2025 focuses on the employment experience of lived experts and was made with funding from the J R McKenzie Trust.
